Davy Jones' Locker is our cold brew specialist blend, a low-acid medium roast built to turn long, slow, and cold into something worth diving for. Steep it overnight or push it through the tap and you get smooth chocolate up front, a ribbon of toffee through the middle, and soft floral tones lifting over the top.
It pours easy, no bite, no bitterness, just a clean glassful that holds up beautifully over ice. Pour one tall and set your course for cold brew season.

- Brew tip: Steep coarse-ground overnight (12-16 hrs) at about 1:8 coffee-to-water for cold brew, or run it through the tap for nitro. Low-acid and smooth, so it holds up beautifully diluted over ice.
