Delicate and Balanced

I usually go for bold coffees however this coffee has me rethinking medium roasts. Brewing in a Capresso coffee maker with whole beans ground to extra fine, this coffee has low acidity and balance that surprised me. The body and color is lighter than I typically like however the flavor balanced with the low acidity makes for an outstanding cup. Will definitely put on the reorder list.
