Pause any time and keep your lock for up to 90 days. The lock ends only if you cancel.

Everything about your subscription lives in your account: the coffee, the grind, the size, the delivery date, how often it comes, and the card we bill. You do not need us to make a change, and you never need to cancel just to pause.

Skip, move, or swap
Skip the next shipment, move the delivery date, change the cadence, or switch the coffee and the grind. Changes apply to the next order, so make them before it processes.

Pause, do not cancel
Pausing holds your spot and keeps your locked price for up to 90 days. Cancelling ends the lock for good, and rejoining later means paying whatever the shelf price is then. If you are unsure, pause.
